Description

• The FANUC ARC Mate 100iC series robot is specifically designed for arc welding applications. It features a hollow wrist for torch cable integration and highest motion performance for its class.

• For this purpose the robot has option namely “Through Arc Seam Tracking”(TAST). TAST measures welding current at the sides of the joint during weave motion and makes adjustments to the weld path automatically.

Description

• Kinova’s robot arms are the perfect solution for integrating a manipulation dimension to mobile platform. The Kinova arm is a light-weight, technical assistance robot which was designed to compensate for the loss of arm movements. It is collected of six inter-linked segments or axis. The variant name is JACO2.

• Kinova Robots can be used for inspection or manipulation in harsh, confined, hazardous or manufacturing environments.

• Through the joystick controller, the user can move the robot’s hand in three-dimensional space, while the robot maintains the orientation of the hand according to the position given.

Description

• Robot has 4-degrees-of-freedom robotic arm, it provides motion features of a gantry style XYZ platform or a SCARA style robotic arm.

• The unique feature of the platform is a planar parallel mechanism which provides positioning of the tool point in the horizontal plane combined with a swivel and lift mechanism that provides vertical motion and rotation for the tool about the vertical axis.

• The robot is capable of handling applications such as screw fastening, soldering, dispensing and machine tending among others.

• This Robot is used for the technological development achieved through reverse engineering.

• Through this controller, can control the 2 or more robots.

Description

• India’s first industrial-articulated robot named “Brabo” short for “Bravo Robot” has been launched by TAL Manufacturing Solutions, a subsidiary of Tata Motors. Brabo is available in two variants with payload capacity of 2kg and 10kg.

• As per ILO (International Labor Organization) standards, a human should not lift more than 10kg, hence the (maximum) payload for the robot was fixed at 10kg, adding that an industrial robot, which can handle a 10kg payload.

• TAL Brabo can be used for tasks like pick and placement of materials, assembly of parts, machine and press tending, as a sealing application, camera and vision based jobs, etc.

Description

• The UR5 robot is the lightweight, flexible, six axis and collaborative industrial robot. It can operate in +/- 3600. The robot used to automate the recurring and hazardous tasks with pay loads of up to 5Kg.

• It is a Collaborative robot, it states that robots should have skill to knowledge of occurrence of sudden force and take action to it that is called collaborative robot.

• It is ideal to optimize low-weight collaborative processes, such as: picking, placing and testing.

• It has Linux operating system, it supports open source software’s which is developed for user interface.

Purpose/Application

• The Turbo TIG is a very special welding process, which is combination of TIG and hotwire for manual and automated welding, like weld overlay cladding and orbital welding

• Turbo TIG welding is a unique process that allows for exceptional output, particularly when welding carbon steel. Deposition rate of welding molten of material is 2 kg/h but in normal welding machine deposition rate is 0.5 kg/h only.

• The Turbo TIG is a very special welding process, which is combination of TIG and hotwire for manual and automated welding, like weld overlay cladding and orbital welding.

• Turbo TIG power source with water cooled torch & accessories, a linear welding carriage (with a maximum length of 1500mm for moving the torch and carrying out mechanized welding) which is used for advanced welding applications.
